Pirates Character Exploration

This was part of my Week 3 assignment in my Character Design for Animation class with Nate Wragg at CG Master Academy. We were tasked to design a crew of pirates and organize them into a line up. I did a lot of exploration with shapes and personality while designing these and tried a few different versions for the 2nd pirate's leg pose to see which translated the best. I like to refer to them as "Stingy, Fraidy, and Captain."
